Mike, Can you tell me how you got this Snell information? Here is my situation:

For ten long years, I have been searching for the father of my ancestor, “Albert Snell”. My “Albert” was said, from his death certificate, to be born in what was then, “Virginia”, on Sept. 28, 1824 and he died on Aug. 12, 1869, in Ohio.

I see that your “Frank” Snell has the same birth year, and death year, although the places seem to be wrong.

Since this is the only Snell I have ever found with corresponding birth and death years, I am thinking that my Albert perhaps might have been born with a different name! Do you have any more info on your Frank Snell, that you could share? Thank you so much!
